Join Our Team as a Part-Time Therapist at Resilient Therapy

● Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse client population.
● Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions.
● Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal
standards.
● Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress.
● Adhere to professional guidelines and ethical codes of conduct.
● Participate in supervision and team meetings as required.



● Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy,
Psychology, or a related field.
● Full and unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan (e.g., LPC, LMSW, LMFT,
LP).
● Minimum of [e.g., 2 years] of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
● Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
● Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic,
EMDR, trauma-informed care).
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Commitment to ongoing professional development and cultural competency.
